Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the ISO-compliant QMS.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (or other applicable ISO standards) and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare for and manage ISO audits (internal and external).
• Work with auditors and certification bodies for ISO certification and re-certification.
• Establish and monitor quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure proper document control and record-keeping in line with ISO requirements.
• Develop and execute the internal audit program to assess compliance with ISO standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to quality and compliance.
• Train employees on ISO requirements, quality standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality is integrated into all processes.
• Address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor and improve supplier quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a QA role.
• Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or other relevant ISO certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
• Experience in audits, CAPA, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
