Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform Supplier Qualification which include reviewing of user requirement specification documentation and update of supplier list

• Review Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure that it is kept up to date.

• Work with QA team on any corrective/preventive actions and change requests raised during audits or complaints/deviations.

• Plays a supportive role in Internal, External and Regulatory Audits.

• Ensure labelling process comply with Good Manufacturing Practice rules and guidelines.

• Review production tickets to assure that it complies with the assembly specifications and no errors have occurred prior to and at the end of production.

• Ensure the traceability of materials movement in order to account for the movement of all materials throughout the production cycle.

• Review of cleaning and pest control trending and service reports.

• Review and monitor equipment/facility maintenance records to ensure all servicing/calibration has been completed.

• Responsible in performing daily quality release and post-labelling activity.

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in any field

• Minimum 1 year experience in QA role or QC Specialist role
