A leading compliance consultancy in Singapore is looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager. You will lead and manage quality activities, perform GxP audits, and ensure compliance within operational activities. The ideal candidate has experience in quality management and is comfortable working with senior management and clients. Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the company's quality and compliance activities, including directing resources, setting objectives, serving as the SPOC for clients, delivering quality tasks, and reporting performance directly to the Global QA Director.
  2. Manage quality and compliance activities and oversee the compliance aspects of operational activities carried out by the service provider for the pharma client.
  3. Perform audits of all GxP services provided by the internal FM service provider to pharma/manufacturing companies in Singapore. These services include Distribution and Logistics, Document Solutions, GMP cleaning, Pest control, Lab services, Records services, Technical lab services, Contract management, Waste disposal, Lab instrument services, and Facilities management (e.g., buildings/equipment maintenance, calibration, qualification).
  4. Execute special audits as required by the Group, Chief Operating Officers, or other Sodexo senior executives to investigate specific issues.
  5. Assist with the management, development, and continuous improvement of the Global Quality Management System for the pharma site.
  6. Collaborate with the client and internal teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions for GxP deficiencies. Coach and influence senior management to ensure robust quality systems are in place.
  7. Present quality-related topics to local and group senior management.
  8. Conduct investigations and special projects as required by the Global Quality & Compliance Executive.
  9. Maintain communication with key Sodexo and client personnel.
  10. Provide guidance and assistance to Quality and Compliance staff (both company and client).
  11. Conduct site visits to implement quality systems and ensure regulatory and client expectations are met.
  12. Conduct training on GxP and QMS topics for the wider company operations team.
  13. Advise clients and the company of any legislative changes that may impact the business.
