Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Fertigung oder Logistik.
• Umfassendes Verständnis der Qualitätsmanagementprinzipien und -techniken.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen zur Verbesserung der Produktqualität.

About the role

Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd' is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in the Tuas West Region ( Pharma). As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes across our manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing robust quality assurance policies, procedures and systems to monitor and improve product and service quality

• Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement

• Analysing quality data and generating detailed reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Liaising with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions

• Providing training and guidance to manufacturing and logistics staff on quality control best practices

• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensuring compliance within our operations

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality management system

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector

• Thorough understanding of quality management principles, tools and techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

• Proficient in the use of quality management software and data analysis tools

• Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management or Supply Chain Management

• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001 or HACCP
