Quality Assurance Inspector

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Carry out incoming, in process and outgoing inspections. Ensure the inspections are in accordance to the required specifications
  • Prepare and generate relevant QA reports
  • Assist in the monitoring of ISO 9000, ISO 22000 & FAMI-QS system
  • Assist in the GMP inspection; report to Production head of any non-compliance to GMP requirement
  • Provide support in investigating product non-conformances and resolving customer complaints
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer

Requirements:-

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to provide support in investigating product non-conformances and resolving customer complaints with good strength and agility
