A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and maintain QMS documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will manage quality-related issues and ensure compliance with ISO standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain QMS documentation and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Attain and maintain business licenses and certifications (e.g., GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
Manage and resolve quality-related issues, including complaints, product recalls, CAPAs, deviations, and supplier performance concerns.
Implement and ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GxP, and other applicable quality standards.
Identify process gaps and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of QA experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 environments.
Certified Quality Auditor or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.
