Job summary

YCH DISTRIPARK (PTE) LTD is seeking an organized coordinator to manage sampling and submission of incoming materials to third-party inspection providers per established plans. You will monitor progress, liaise on inspection matters, and track results with internal stakeholders.

The role requires experience in QA/inspection coordination, strong record-keeping, and proficiency in Excel to prepare operational reports and maintain filing structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, inspection coordination, warehouse, logistics or a related operational role is preferred.
• Able to communicate and follow up effectively with suppliers, internal teams and external service providers.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track multiple activities.
• Comfortable preparing reports and using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Able to follow established procedures and escal inspection concerns promptly.
