Job summary

Amcor Flexibles Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Inspector/QA Technician to perform incoming, in-process and outgoing quality inspections and to release finished goods. The role includes maintaining quality records, conducting product/material testing and audits, and coordinating with other departments on quality issues.

This entry-level position requires 1 year in manufacturing quality control and familiarity with MS Word and Excel. Based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control/assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel for record keeping and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection (Incoming, in-process or outgoing)
• Perform First order of design inspection
• Liaise and communicate with other department staffs on quality issues encountered during inspection
• Conduct product/material testing
• Conduct process/product audit
• Maintain the quality records
• Responsible for product release of finished goods
• Prepare daily report
• Prepare inspection report
• Support any other day-to-day quality matters as and when required
• Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking
• Promoting quality management system requirements into the organization’s business processes
• Any additional task assigned by QA personnel of higher position.
