Quality Assurance Executive
- Handle all customer feedback on product issues/damage (Mattress/Lifestyle product).
- Identify the root cause of the damage/issue.
- Provide monthly reports to OM/Finance on the root cause and any claims involved.
- Discuss with suppliers on the rework/claims if required and inform OM/Finance monthly.
- Provide all photos of damage/issues to suppliers for discussion and how to improve in the future.
- Conduct QA checks on incoming shipments.
- Provide feedback/advice to the customer service team on customer issues.
- Decide if damaged/issue items can be repaired or exchanged.
- Arrange export back to suppliers for rework or return items.
- Arrange disposal for damaged items.
- Assist in cycle counts in showroom & warehouse.
- Other ad hoc assignments.
