Job description

Quality Assurance Executive

  1. Handle all customer feedback on product issues/damage (Mattress/Lifestyle product).
  2. Identify the root cause of the damage/issue.
  3. Provide monthly reports to OM/Finance on the root cause and any claims involved.
  4. Discuss with suppliers on the rework/claims if required and inform OM/Finance monthly.
  5. Provide all photos of damage/issues to suppliers for discussion and how to improve in the future.
  6. Conduct QA checks on incoming shipments.
  7. Provide feedback/advice to the customer service team on customer issues.
  8. Decide if damaged/issue items can be repaired or exchanged.
  9. Arrange export back to suppliers for rework or return items.
  10. Arrange disposal for damaged items.
  11. Assist in cycle counts in showroom & warehouse.
  12. Other ad hoc assignments.
