Select Group is looking for a QA personnel to join our team to ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety (WSH), and quality standards across our Catering Central Kitchens, Institutional Catering Kitchens, and Quick Service Restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily food safety, hygiene, and WSH inspections in central kitchens.
  • Promote awareness of workplace hygiene, safety protocols, and hazard prevention.
  • Evaluate, interpret, and implement quality assurance and WSH standards.
  • Develop strategies to ensure provision of safe food products and a hazard-free work environment.
  • Investigate food safety/WSH incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate quality, safety (e.g., ISO 22000, WSH Act), and regulatory audits.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ experience in central kitchens/F&B outlets (QA/WSH roles preferred).
  • WSH knowledge and WSQ Food Hygiene Course Level 3 certified (advantage).
  • Strong grasp of ISO 22000, SFA requirements, and workplace safety practices.
