ALIGN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. invites a QA Engineer (PCB) to join our Loyang site.

You will manage QA procedures and act as the main contact to ensure a steady supply of high-quality printed wiring boards that meet client requirements and industry standards. You will promote continuous improvement, address customer quality concerns, and maintain adherence to internal and regulatory quality procedures, helping to deliver reliable products and successful audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of QA engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of PWB manufacturing process flow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QA procedures meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
• Maintain ISO 9001 quality records and support audits.
• Prepare quality reports for stakeholders.
• Train new staff on QA processes.
• Coordinate with production to ensure IPC and customer specs.

QA Engineer (PCB)

Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 8am-5.30pm
Working Location: Loyang Wy
Company Transport: Punggol, Sengkang, Bedok, Tampines & Pasir Ris MRT

Job Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance procedures and act as the main point of contact for customer service accounts to guarantee the regular supply of superior printed wiring boards that satisfy client requirements and industry standards.
• In charge of promoting continuous improvement, addressing customer concerns about quality, and maintaining adherence to internal and regulatory quality procedures to promote customer satisfaction and product dependability.
• Serve as the main point of contact for consumer complaints and questions about quality.
• Organize customer issue resolution through root cause analysis and remedial measures.
• Ensure that testing and inspection protocols are adhered to.
• Keep an eye on product compliance with IPC and customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain quality records in compliance with internal QMS procedures and ISO 9001.
• Create and deliver high-quality reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Determine persistent quality problems and spearhead efforts to address production concerns.
• Encourage the application of problem-solving techniques.
• Take part in both internal and external audits.
• Assure customer and regulatory inspection preparedness.
• Give production teams direction on quality standards and practices.
• Help with the onboarding of new employees by providing QA-related training.
• Provide quality feedback and validation to support the introduction of new products (NPI).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as QA engineer.
