A leading aerospace company is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and implement Quality Management Systems and Safety procedures, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance within an aviation context and possess relevant qualifications and auditing experience. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and support safety in operations.

Role and Responsibilities
Implementing and maintaining both the Quality Management System (QMS) AS 9100/9110/9120 standards and ISO14001 / ISO45001 Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) SOPs and Manuals.
Ensure adherence to Compliance and Regulatory Oversight for Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Quality and Safety Manuals, Maintenance Organisation Expositions (MOE).
Implement and Support Safety and Risk Management requirements – Civil Aviation Authority Safety Management Systems (SMS) Manual, Information Safety Management Systems (ISMS) Manual.
Take charge of Certification Audits by Civil Aviation Authority (e.g. CAAS, FAA, EASA, DGCA). Liaise with assigned CAA Principal Maintenance Inspector (PMI) for approvals, certifications and inspections.
Take charge of assigned audit conducted by Customer.
Conduct Internal Quality Audit (IQA), Externalvendor QMS audits for bothlocal and overseas vendors
In-Charge of the Quality and Safety of assigned workshop
Conduct investigations for incidents and accidents, warranty
Manage vendor qualification into the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
Assist the QM in developing, reviewing, improving and implementing quality and safety management procedures
Attend meetings and other duties as delegated by the Quality Manager
Job Requirements
Preference for Diploma or Degree in aerospace engineering/engineering
Preference for candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of Quality Assurance and Safety experience in Aviation AMO, MRO company.
Qualified Auditor with knowledge and/or good understanding of the Air Regulations, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, AS9100/9110/9120 standards
Added preference for knowledge of CAAS, FAA, EASA requirements
Promoting a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI), best practises and introducing Digitization processes into the Quality System.
