Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Plan for FA and production parts.

• Maintain and calibrate company measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.

• Interpret and analyze customer specifications with precision.

• Identify, document, and report defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.

• Facilitate quality meetings with production and quality personnel.

• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (manufacturing/production preferred).

• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to take on new challenges.

• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

• Familiarity with production processes and terminology would be an advantage.
