A leading company in the engineering sector is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to develop and maintain quality plans, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support audits. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Plan for FA and production parts.
Maintain and calibrate company measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
Interpret and analyze customer specifications with precision.
Identify, document, and report defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
Facilitate quality meetings with production and quality personnel.
Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (manufacturing/production preferred).
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to take on new challenges.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with production processes and terminology would be an advantage.
