About the role

Avitron Private Limited, a member of the Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing group, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in our team. This is a full-time role where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to monitor and improve product quality

• Conducting regular audits, inspections and testing to identify and resolve quality issues

• Analysing quality data and producing detailed reports to drive continuous improvement

• Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective and preventative actions

• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and internal quality policies

• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices

• Staying up-to-date with the latest quality assurance methodologies and technologies

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related technical discipline

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry

• Proficient in quality management systems and processes such as ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma or similar

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to identify and resolve quality issues

• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations and best practices
