Job summary

hudsonmanpower seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Document Controller with a strong Oil & Gas contracting background. The role focuses on managing QA documentation, maintaining QMS records, and ensuring ISO compliance across maintenance projects.

You will support ISO audits, maintain welder qualification and TUV records, and coordinate method statements with the Senior QC / Project Manager while working closely with QA/QC and project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Gulf / Saudi / India Oil & Gas field.
• Proven Document Controller in contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 systems.
• Experience supporting ISO audits.
• Fluency in English; strong documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control Quality Assurance documentation
• Maintain and update internal QMS system records
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems
• Support internal and external ISO audits
• Maintain welder qualification records
• Maintain TUV certification records
• Prepare and control method statements in coordination with Senior QC / Project Manager
• Maintain project-specific documentation and work site records
• Ensure proper document version control and distributionMaintain organized filing system (soft copy and hard copy)
• Work closely with QA/QC, project, and management teams

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Gulf / Saudi / India Oil & Gas field
• Proven experience as Document Controller in contracting company
• Experience as QA Document Controller with strong ISO system knowledge
• Maintenance contractor experience preferred
• Experience supporting ISO audits

Educational & Certification Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Approved Internal Auditor
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 systems
• Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Fluency in English (Reading, Speaking, and Typing)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000 per month
• Other benefits as per company policy
