A leading education institution is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Compliance Associate to enhance its quality assurance framework and ensure compliance with national certifications. The role involves policy management, compliance auditing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, ideal for candidates with a background in education or quality management.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Quality Assurance and Compliance Associate to join our team full-time. The QA and Compliance Associate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the institution’s quality assurance framework to ensure continued compliance with the EduTrust Certification Scheme as required by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and monitoring policies, processes, and systems to support operational excellence, continuous improvement, and regulatory alignment as a registered PEI.
Develop, review, and update institutional policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with SSG's EduTrust GD4 requirements.
Ensure documentation is current, accessible, and aligned with regulatory and internal quality standards.
Work with department heads to map, streamline, and formalize procedures across academic and administrative units.
Support the preparation and documentation required for internal and external audits, including EduTrust assessments.
Conduct regular internal checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and highlight non-conformities.
Track updates to SSG requirements, ensuring institutional responses are timely and accurate.
Implement monitoring mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of institutional processes (e.g., academic delivery, student services, feedback handling).
Collate, analyze, and report on QA data (e.g., feedback trends, audit findings, survey results) to support decision-making.
Coordinate internal reviews, surveys, and quality assurance cycles, and follow through with improvement action plans.
Work with stakeholders to drive initiatives that promote continual improvement and best practices across the institution.
Facilitate documentation and tracking of innovations, enhancements, and quality improvement projects.
Maintain a central repository of improvement plans and their evaluation outcomes, as required under GD4.
Assist in planning and conducting briefings or training sessions for staff on EduTrust standards and quality processes.
Serve as a resource person for QA matters and contribute to a culture of quality and accountability within the institution.
Diploma or Degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience in QA, compliance, audit, or administration in an educational or regulated setting (preferably PEI or WDA/SSG environment).
Familiarity with EduTrust Certification Scheme and GD4 expectations is highly preferred.
Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate regulations into actionable processes.
Highly-motivated, responsible, team-player, positive attitude and possess good work ethics.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
