Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Quality Assistant Engineer in Woodlands, Singapore on a 12-month contract with potential extension and bonus. The role focuses on quality improvements, standards management, and supporting new production model start-ups. Office hours apply in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering with at least 1 year in quality, and shows proficiency in Six Sigma, quality systems, and MS Office, with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with at least 1 year of working experience in the quality field, preferably in a manufacturing/semiconductor environment
• Experience in the application of quality engineering tools, Six Sigma, and quality system implementation
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proactive and enjoys solving challenges
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Monitor first-time quality and drive improvements for poor-performing processes
