Job Description:

  • QESH Management: Plan, manage, and execute Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Audits & Reviews: Perform internal and external audits of QESH systems and lead audit teams, analyzing results for corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Plan and implement initiatives for continuous improvement in quality, service, and safety.
  • Documentation & SOPs: Develop, review, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
  • Quality Management Reviews: Organize and conduct periodic quality management review meetings to assess system effectiveness.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate discrepancies, resolve client-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Work with various departments to ensure uniform implementation of QMS and compliance with company policies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and analyze internal and external audit results.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Biomedical Science or Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in regulatory affairs and/or quality assurance in a medical laboratory setting or healthcare industry
  • Familiar with CAP, ISO (9001, 14001, 15189, 17025) and OHSAS 18001 accreditation standards, PDPA and related licensing matters is preferred
  • Responsible and committed individual with high integrity, ethical standards and professionalism
  • Strong communication (written and spoken), presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task, work independently and as a team player with great initiative and positivity
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents and respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
