Qualifikationen

• Experience in conducting independent qualitative analysis and drafting research reports and manuscripts with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of ethical responsibility and cultural sensitivity when working with older adults and vulnerable populations.
• Familiar with local ageing, health, and social policy contexts in Singapore.
• Genuine interest in evaluation and exploratory research shaping ageing and healthcare policies.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills; track record of academic publication is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Analysis and knowledge translation: Code and analyse qualitative data and create visuals and outputs for stakeholders.
• Writing and dissemination: Draft reports, policy briefs and manuscripts for publication and public audiences.
• Project coordination: manage timelines, expenses, IRB approvals, data collection, transcription and stakeholder relationships.
• Fieldwork and data collection: conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, and co-design workshops with diverse communities.
• Support CARE’s broader initiatives and events.
