Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural submissions with authority as Qualified Person.
• Oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Contribute to the design and coordination of residential and interior architecture projects.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore.
• Singaporean nationality or Permanent Resident status.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Singapore architecture practice.
• Proven knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Strong experience in residential architecture and interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign (Revit experience is an advantage).
• Excellent organization, time-management, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine team spirit.
• Professional personal presentation and client-facing confidence.
