Job description
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts;
- Assisting Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control;
- Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, clients and suppliers for project cost issues;
- Document Control.
- Experienced in facade works
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in QS or Engineering related field
- Min 5 years of working experience in Construction (Structural/Façade) Industry
- Possess BCSS or CSOC if necessary
- Able to speak Chinease as to liaise with Chinese speaking Customers
