Job summary

A construction management company located in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional with at least 15 years of experience to manage technical and commercial bid proposals, oversee cost control for ongoing projects, and prepare claim submissions. Successful candidates will possess a degree in QS/Civil/Building/Construction Management and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. This role is critical for ensuring project accountability and reporting directly to the Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience.
• Good working knowledge in contract law.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical/commercial bid proposals.
• Exercise cost control for all ongoing projects.
• Oversee claim submission for all ongoing projects.
• Prepare and strategize prolongation/variation/loss and expenses claim submissions.
• Report directly to Director.
