Job description

Job Description:

· Responsible for all aspects of Procurement (including sourcing, cost comparison, supplier selection, negotiation with suppliers, ordering & follow up delivery schedule)

· Work with Operations and Project Teams

· Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing

· Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers

· Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options

· Participate in negotiation the best deal for pricing and supply contracts

· Create and maintain an inventory of all incoming and current supplies

· Maintain & meet ISO requirement for purchasing department.

· Invoice administration - assessment/settlement of Invoice and scrutinise and verify incoming Invoices that the details are in accordance with the purchase order and delivery order.

· Manage approved vendors and ensure that suppliers database is well maintained and up to date.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirement:

· At least 3 years procurement experience, added advantage in construction sector

· Analytical, organizational, and communication skills

· Team player, meticulous, details-oriented

· Strong sourcing and negotiation skills

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

· To achieve/meet cost saving target
