Job description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for all aspects of Procurement (including sourcing, cost comparison, supplier selection, negotiation with suppliers, ordering & follow up delivery schedule)
  • Work with Operations and Project Teams
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
  • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
  • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
  • Participate in negotiation the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
  • Create and maintain an inventory of all incoming and current supplies
  • Maintain & meet ISO requirement for purchasing department.
  • Invoice administration - assessment/settlement of Invoice and scrutinise and verify incoming Invoices that the details are in accordance with the purchase order and delivery order.
  • Manage approved vendors and ensure that suppliers database is well maintained and up to date.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirement:

  • At least 3 years procurement experience, added advantage in construction sector
  • Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Team player, meticulous, details-oriented
  • Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • To achieve/meet cost saving target
