About the role

As the QMS Lead at CDI Energy Products Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's Quality Management System (QMS) meets the highest standards and supports the organisation's commitment to excellence. This full-time position is based in the Tuas West Region and will involve overseeing the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the QMS.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop, implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System to meet all relevant quality standards and regulations

2. Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in the QMS

3. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices

4. Liaise with management to ensure the QMS aligns with the company's strategic objectives

5. Monitor and report on key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives

7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industries

3. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective Quality Management Systems

4. Excellent knowledge of quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

7. Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
