Job summary

SINGAPORE EPSON INDUSTRIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a QMS Engineer to maintain and improve the Quality Management System aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001.

You will support document control, audits, CAPA and continuous improvement efforts across quality, environmental, safety and information security domains. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management with 5+ years in engineering or QMS, preferably with manufacturing/electroplating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, quality assurance or QMS.
• Experience in manufacturing or electroplating is an advantage.
• Experience in supplier management and product qualification is preferred.
• Internal/Lead Auditor experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001, or ISO 13485 is preferred.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Independent, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001.
• Manage document control: review, update, approve and maintain QMS documents.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and support customer, supplier, certification, and regulatory audits.
• Follow up on audit findings and support effective CAPA processes.
• Promote quality awareness and compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
• Support continuous improvement, E-Kaizen, supplier quality, and product qualification activities.
• Support environmental, occupational health & safety, emergency response, and information security requirements.
• Monitor changes in relevant standards, regulations, and customer requirements and advise relevant departments accordingly.
• Report significant quality, environmental, safety, or information security issues to management.

The role willsupport document control, internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

• Promote quality awareness and compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
