Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of QEHS experience in the construction sector.
• Possession of internal auditor certificates for ISO standards is an advantage.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Head of Department in controlling and distribution of the IMS (QEHS) manual, QEHS procedures, Standard Work Method and Standards Documents.
• To administer the IMS forms record and maintaining the master list.
• To disseminate the internal audit programme to the auditors and coordinate with the auditors for their audit schedule, records of audit results, review and evaluate the audit findings for reporting to Manager
• To liaise with external auditors for annual management/ EHS audits- IMS, BizSAFE, GGBS, CONSASS, etc.
• Supports upper management on related EHS and Integrated Management Systems matter
• Plan and organize annual management reviews, prepare inputs; consolidate presentation slides, minutes of meetings, corrective actions and follow-up actions
• Oversees the development and maintenance of an effective Management System which meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards; updates and reviews IMS manual yearly
• Liaise with external certification bodies, lead and facilitate EHS related audits (ISO certification audit, Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) audit, Risk Management, BizSafe STAR);
• To liaise with consultant with the sustainability reporting for every projects.
• To carry out any assignment as directed by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Civil Engineering/Environmental & Occupational Health.
• Min 3 years of QEHS experience in construction sector
• Added advantages if possess certificates such as ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
