Job description

We are a global leader in secure and sustainable technology lifecycle management services.

Job Responsibilities:

To oversee EHS compliance and performance of regional site, all EHS related matters, global EHS procedures & programs and overall lead for all QEHSMS/ R2 audits, 3rd party certifications and customer audits as well as SK tes/ Group QEHS and SK ecoplant reporting.

Environment & OHS:

  1. Reporting of EHS performance and sustainability (Env & OHS) metric reporting and activities to Global/ Group Head of QEHS and Regional Business Manager.

  2. Provide guidance on QEHS best practice principles and techniques and Sustainability culture within regions.

  3. Maintain Basel Permits / Import Approvals of all sites (for shipments to / out of / transit at SG), including applications and tracking of movement documents.

  4. Compilation and submission of annual recycling data, Env regulatory reporting and other environmental related info to relevant competent authorities.

  5. Support Global Head of QEHS with data, info requested & any program / requirements from SKEP - Safety, Quality & Env teams.

Audit:

  1. Ensure regional sites are aware of and complying with Corporate / Group QEHS policies, standards and programs, and local legislations.

  2. 3rd party (ie. EHSQMS & R2) audits and key account customer EHS audits, provide resource and preparing sites with upcoming audits, tracking & reporting of audit results and monitor closure of corrective actions.

  3. Develop and conduct QEHS Audit program in regions to ensure compliance EHS regulations and Global QEHS standards. Track & report audit results and monitor closure of corrective actions.

  4. Analyse data from QEHS audits (including regional QEHS audits, 3rd party EHSQMS & R2 certification audits and key account QEHS audits) to identify trends and provide feedback and preventative measures.

Other support:

  1. Support the development & implementation of One IMS - global QEHS procedures and program.

  2. Monthly tabulation and submission of Basel permits status reporting for Exco meeting / management.

  3. Provide coordination and administrative support to QEHSMS & R2 multi sites certification program in APAC regions.

  4. Support global QEHS initiative programs / activities as assigned.

  5. Support Sustainability team with environmental / GHG emissions & OHS data.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma in any Engineering discipline

  2. Possess WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent (or other recognized workplace safety qualifications)

  3. Internal auditor trained or familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 25001 or equivalent

  4. Good report writing skills and familiar with Microsoft office.

  5. Experience with handling environmental permit, licensing and related data / metrics such as sustainability / greenhouse gas emissions, etc.

  6. Candidates with relevant experience (preferably 2-4 years) in WSH-related fields, especially in manufacturing, electronics, or chemical industries, are encouraged to apply

  7. Experience in conducting ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 / R2 audits or handling OSH related audits.

  8. Good communication skills, team player, responsible, take initiatives and able to work independently without much supervision.
