Overview: Oversee and ensure compliance and governance in quality, environmental, health, and safety standards within the organization. Provide leadership, guidance, and support at all levels to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Process Governance and Management: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QEHS management system to meet internal and external requirements.
Quality & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain QEHS management systems, ensuring adherence to internal, regulatory, and customer standards.
Audits & Inspections: Develop audit plans and lead internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring thorough evaluations and timely resolutions.
Process Improvement: Monitor and enhance QEHS processes, address deviations, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
KPI Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend improvements.
EHS Compliance: Plan and oversee environmental, health, and safety processes to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Leadership & Training: Train employees, promote a strong QEHS culture, and coach teams to achieve organizational goals.
Sustainability: Lead sustainability initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders for meaningful outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
6-8 years of proven experience in QEHS management, including compliance and audit processes.
Professional certifications (e.g., lead auditor in QMS, CQM, CQA, or CQS) are highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of quality tools, EHS regulations, and sustainability practices.
Leadership skills with a proven track record of driving change and fostering teamwork.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and employee training.
Familiarity with data analytics and technology to enhance quality processes.
