Maintain and update all the documentations and document control of company’s Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS)
Plan, organize and conduct internal audits, reporting of findings and follow-up on corrective actions
Conduct briefings/trainings on QEHS
Handle customer complaints (NCAR/NCF)
Investigate HSE accidents/incidents and follow-up all the non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions till closure
Liaise with 3rd party testing laboratories on product testing requests
Assists on the preparation of system procedures, standard operating procedures, work instructions, QC test methods, QC specifications and safety data sheets
Any other QEHS related tasks assigned from time to time
Any other duties assigned by Management/HOD
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental/Health/Safety Engineering, Material Science or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Good working knowledge and prior experience with ISO 9001/14001, bizSafe Level 3, Health & Safety
Good analytical, auditing and report writing skills
Proficient in MS Office application (Work, Excel and PowerPoint)
