Job Summary:
We are seeking a QEHS Engineer to support compliance and improvement initiatives across quality, environmental, health, and safety functions. This role partners with internal teams and stakeholders to drive operational excellence and risk management aligned with corporate and regulatory standards.
Maintain and improve QEHS standards within the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Lead internal, external, and customer audits
Coordinate customer complaint handling and corrective actions
Conduct root cause analysis and process improvement activities
Monitor quality performance and drive preventive measures
Plan and implement EHS programs in line with local regulations and ISO standards
Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections
Support emergency response planning and training
Track EHS compliance metrics and ensure timely reporting
Promote a strong safety culture and awareness across teams
Define and monitor QEHS KPIs; initiate corrective actions when needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and safety initiatives
Coach and train employees on QEHS practices and procedures
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as required
Support alignment with global quality and compliance frameworks
Job Requirements:
Degree in QEHS or related discipline
3-4 years of relevant experience
Certified Lead Auditor (QMS/EMS/HSMS preferred)
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, VDA 6.3
Problem-solving tools: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
