QC Technician @ Tuas

Performing F.A inspection and inspection of parts and products with desktop measuring tools / CMM / Smart scope at the incoming / outgoing / in-process gate.

Preparing and generating standard inspection reports and leading a team in performing quality inspections.

Monitoring critical customer products, with corrective and preventive action programs in managing customer complaints and improvement plans.

Administering and working on continuous improvement programs to achieve good process control.

Providing technical guidance to a group of inspectors.

Managing customer complaints and corrective and preventive action programs.

Working closely with customers and inter-departments to meet quality requirements.

Experience in calibrating measuring equipment.
