Job Description

Job Responsibilities

As a QC Technician II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless quality of our GeneChip products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing QC testing of GeneChip products to ensure strict compliance with ISO 13485, MDSAP, and 21-CFR-820 requirements.
  • Conducting target preparation for Cytoscan and Axiom with outstanding accuracy.
  • Supporting lab investigations related to product failures and participating in the implementation of corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conducting experiments and analyses to support new product releases and improve test methods.
  • Assisting FQC Shift Leads and Supervisors in accomplishing assigned tasks.
Job Requirements

To successfully compete for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 13485, MDSAP, and 21-CFR-820 standards will be most advantageous.
  • Ability to perform meticulous lab work and maintain detailed records.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to determine root causes of product issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Able to work 12h rotating shift.
