Job summary

BeeX is seeking a meticulous QC Technician to ensure high-quality HAUV components and assemblies. You will inspect incoming parts, monitor in-process steps, and verify subassemblies meet workmanship standards before handover.

The role requires attention to detail and hands-on use of calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Work closely with QA, manufacturing, and procurement to uphold traceability, complete inspection records, and drive improvements in inspection methods.

Qualifications

• ITE Nitec or Higher Nitec, or a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in QC inspection; fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome.
• Able to read mechanical drawings, including basic GD&T and tolerances.
• Confident using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and torque tools.
• Basic understanding of crimp, solder, and harness workmanship quality.

Responsibilities

• Incoming inspection of components against drawings and specifications.
• In-process and final inspection of wiring harnesses, seals, joints, and subassemblies.
• Documentation and traceability: complete checklists, NCRs, and records.
• Maintain calibration and organize inspection tools; support QA audits and root-cause investigations.
