Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an individual for inspection roles involving component incoming inspections and documentation in Singapore. Candidates should have a Nitec or Higher Nitec in Engineering, be able to work night shifts, and possess good communication and teamwork skills. Experience in cGMP and ISO environments is an advantage. Transport and shift allowances are provided.

Benefits

Transport allowance: $240/month
Shift Allowance: $24/night
Shift Premium: $200/month
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) of 1-month basic salary
Variable Bonus

Qualifications

  • Able to work night shift: 7pm to 7.15am.
  • Added advantage with cGMP and ISO working experience.
  • Preferably with exposure to medical device or pharmaceutical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming inspection per procedure.
  • Conduct in-process inspection per procedure.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of inspections.
  • Support non-routine assignments initiated by supervisors.
  • Participate in trend monitoring and follow-ups.

Job description

Location: 15 Joo Koon Circle, pick up points at MRT stations (Boon Lay, Pioneer, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Woodlands)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform auxiliary / component incoming inspection per procedure.
  • Perform mold-line in-process inspection per procedure.
  • Perform semi-finish / finished goods inspection (visual / dimensional / document review) per procedure.
  • Participate in product characteristics trend monitoring and effective escalation and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all inspection activities are accurate and adequately documented (e.g. SAP system, Ms. Office, etc.)
  • Exercise appropriate control to documentation records and retained samples.
  • Ensure all related calibration activities are timely and appropriately performed.
  • Support non-routine assignments initiated by supervisors (e.g. Handle customer complaint, Mold-monitoring activities, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned by superior.

Education and Experience:

  • Able to work night shift - 7pm to 7.15am
  • Academic qualification preferably Nitec or Higher Nitec in Engineering or relevant fields, and/or equivalent qualification
  • Computer literate (e.g. Ms. Office skills).
  • Good communication & teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and positive thinking.
  • Added advantage with cGMP and ISO working experience.
  • Preferably with exposure to medical device, pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment.
