Are you ready to level up your QC career? We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Quality Control Supervisor to join our team! If you have a keen eye for detail, leadership experience, and a solid QC background — this is your chance to grow with a company that values quality and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the right-hand to the QC Manager, supporting daily operations and ensuring top-notch product quality.

• Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, fostering a strong quality-driven culture.

• Oversee inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and final goods to ensure they meet regulatory and internal standards.

• Handle documentation and compliance with precision — you’ll keep everything audit-ready and up to date.

• Investigate quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Assist with GMP audits and maintain the Product Quality and Technical Files.

• Draft clear, concise technical reports and product specifications.

• Stay ahead of changing industry regulations and help ensure seamless shift handovers.

What You Bring:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Tech, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field (Degree in Chemistry/QA a plus!)

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a quality control environment.

• Solid understanding of GMP standards and QC documentation.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
