Overview

Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing – Plastic Products

Position Title: QC Supervisor

Working Location: Woodlands (Transport provided at Woodlands MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + OT + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QC inspectors to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Implement and maintain Quality Control policies throughout production.
• Oversee QC sampling, inspections, and use measuring tools for quality checks.
• Guide the team in preparing samples and testing to meet standards.
• Work with the production team to quickly resolve quality issues.
• Keep detailed records and create reports on QC findings for management.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing QC.
• Familiarity with QC tools and equipment.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks while keeping attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
