Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in QC – Manufacturing Industry preferred.
• Team leader with a dependable attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues in China, Shanghai.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise QC inspectors in daily inspection activities.
• Perform inspection and verification of materials and products.
• Document inspection results and maintain equipment calibration.

QC Supervisor

Job Description

• Lead and supervise QC inspectors providing guidance and support to meet quality standards while overseeing daily QC inspection activities.
• Perform inspection and verification of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished
• products as per customer requirement
• Maintenance and calibration of measuring equipment
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs
• Summarizing rework and waste
• Inputting data into a quality database
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by following standards and procedures; and complying with legal regulations
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by QC Manager.

Requirements

• Certificate/ITE/NITEC/ Higher NITEC in QC/ Precision Engineering/Mechanical or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in QC – Manufacturing Industry will be added advantage
• Ability to read and interpret drawings with a good understanding of geometric dimension and tolerance.
• Team leader with a dependable attitude.
• Able to speak Mandarin to deal with our colleagues in China, Shanghai
