Job summary

GenScript Biotech Corporation is seeking a QC/QA-oriented professional to coordinate quality control and quality assurance activities within the production team. You will manage key orders, troubleshoot issues, and analyze production data to support process improvements.

The role involves drafting and updating SOPs, training junior staff, and assisting with quality monitoring and safety inspections. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in cell biology, molecular biology, biomedicine or related field.
• Familiar with SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, HPLC and other protein detection methods.
• Good trouble shooting and project management skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QC and QA activities within the team.
• Ensure completion of key orders and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze production data and support process/technology improvements.
• Support or lead multiple promotional projects and achieve objectives.
• Draft and update SOPs; document learnings and train junior staff.
• Assist supervisor with quality monitoring and safety inspections; rectify issues promptly.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Scope

• Responsible for coordinating QC and QA work in the team
• Responsible for the completion of key orders and trouble shooting
• Responsible for statistics and analysis of production data, and assist the supervisor to optimize and improve the production process or technology
• Participate in or be responsible for the management of multiple promotion projects and promote the achievement of project objectives
• Responsible for the formulation and update of SOP, summarize and solidify work experience and train up junior employees
• Assist the supervisor to complete quality monitoring and safety inspection, and timely complete problem rectification
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in cell biology, molecular biology, biomedicine and other related majors
• Familiar with the experimental operation of SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, HPLC and other protein detection,
• Good trouble shooting and project management skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good collaboration skills
