Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented QC/QA coordinator to join our production team.

You will help ensure compliance, coordinate QC and QA activities, and support on-time completion of key orders through effective troubleshooting and data tracking. You will analyze production data, assist the supervisor to optimize processes, update SOPs, train junior staff, and participate in multiple promotion projects to meet project objectives, while maintaining quality and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in cell biology, molecular biology, biomedicine or related field.
• Familiar with SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, HPLC and other protein detection methods.
• Good trouble shooting and project management skills.
• Good communication (verbal and written).
• Good collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QC and QA work within the team.
• Ensure timely completion of key orders and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze production data and assist supervisor to optimize production processes or technology.
• Participate in multiple promotion projects and help achieve project objectives.
• Formulate and update SOPs, capture work experience, and train junior employees.
• Assist supervisor with quality monitoring and safety inspections; rectify problems promptly.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Scope

• Responsible for coordinating QC and QA work in the team
• Responsible for the completion of key orders and trouble shooting
• Responsible for statistics and analysis of production data, and assist the supervisor to optimize and improve the production process or technology
• Participate in or be responsible for the management of multiple promotion projects and promote the achievement of project objectives
• Responsible for the formulation and update of SOP, summarize and solidify work experience and train up junior employees
• Assist the supervisor to complete quality monitoring and safety inspection, and timely complete problem rectification
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in cell biology, molecular biology, biomedicine and other related majors
• Familiar with the experimental operation of SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, HPLC and other protein detection,
• Good trouble shooting and project management skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good collaboration skills
