Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Lab Technician (QC) for a 12-hour shift at Tuas.

The role involves conducting inspections and testing of incoming materials, WIPs, and finished products, retaining and analyzing samples, and preparing solutions and reagents for laboratory use. You will perform failure analyses, CAPA and complaint investigations, and maintain quality documentation in line with GMP and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Chemical Process/Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test incoming raw materials, WIPs, and finished products.
• Retain and analyze finished product samples from production lines.
• Prepare test solutions, reagents, and other materials for laboratory use.
• Perform failure analysis, CAPA & complaint investigations.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with quality manuals and SOPs.
• Support GMP audits, validation, qualification, and change control activities.
• Maintain Product Quality and Technical Files, uphold GMP and quality standards.
