QC Lab Analyst (HPLC Analytical/ PCR Biochem) #HFT

Job Description

1. Perform analytical and testing accurately and in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Document all results in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements.
3. Write and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and On the Job Training (OJTs) for the laboratory.
4. Perform equipment qualification and analytical method validation where required.
5. Perform laboratory equipment verification and calibration in accordance to procedures where required.
6. Ensure all documentations and quality records are conducted in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements and that they are filed in accordance to existing policies.
7. Perform review and approval of test results in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Requirements

1. Must have a science degree.
2. Must have basic knowledge in using the weighing balance, pH meter, and micropipettes.
3. Must have knowledge with HPLC chromatography / PCR.
4. Experience with Empower software is a plus.
5. Background in the chemistry/science/biology field.
6. Have exposure working in a lab environment (in biotech ok).
7. Able to work independently.
