Job scope:

• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams including OPS packers, administrative staff, logistics coordinators, and the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

• Review and verify daily QC inspection reports submitted via Kizeo to ensure compliance with documentation standards.

• Oversee the distribution and maintenance of company quality documents, including timely updates and revisions to Work Instructions (W.I) as needed.

• Monitor the accuracy and completeness of reports submitted by the QC team on a daily basis.

• Maintain and update records of QC personnel qualifications and training, as assigned by the Executive or Manager.

• Revise departmental Work Instructions in accordance with changes in job processes or customer requirements.
