You will inspect materials and products, identify quality issues, document results, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. The role involves reading technical drawings, conducting in-process and final inspections, maintaining torque wrench calibration, managing documentation in Quality Server and Oracle, and

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 1 year of quality inspection, QC, manufacturing or production.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, specs and docs.
• Willing to work a 12-hour rotating day/night shift, weekends, and overtime when needed.
• Fresh graduates with relevant training may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections and quality audits to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform final inspections of finished products with photo documentation.
• Verify and record non-conformities in Oracle system.
• Calibrate, maintain and control torque wrenches.
• Maintain quality documentation and upload records to Quality Server.
• Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation for customer submission.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and quality docs.
• Follow EH&S requirements and uphold workplace safety.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement to reduce defects and waste while improving quality.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting materials and products, identifying quality issues, documenting inspection results, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections and quality audits to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Perform final inspections and audits of finished products, including photo documentation.
• Verify and review internal non-conformities (NC) and support accurate recording of NCs in Oracle system.
• Calibrate, maintain and ensure proper control of torque wrenches.
• Review, organise and maintain quality documentation and ensure records are accurately uploaded to the Quality Server.
• Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation for customer submission.
• Read and interpret relevant technical drawings, specifications and quality documentation as part of inspection activities.
• Follow EH&S requirements and take personal responsibility for workplace safety.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce defects and waste while improving quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 1 years of quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing or production.
• Fresh graduates with relevant engineering training, internship or hands-on experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, specifications and technical documentation.
• Able to commit to a 12-hour rotating day/night shift, including weekends, and support overtime when operationally required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and quality issues.
