Job summary

A leading contact lens manufacturer in Singapore is looking for a QC Inspector to ensure product quality through inspections and compliance with cGMP practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of secondary education and should be comfortable working in a controlled environment. You'll perform detailed inspections, maintain records, and contribute to product excellence in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Able to perform 12 hours shift and is willing to work overtime.
• Willing to work in a controlled environment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of products to ensure they conform to specifications.
• Record inspection results in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure that inspection reports are accurate and reliable.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and good 5S.
• Perform verification of equipment using precise working standards.
• Alert supervisory personnel of abnormal results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of products to ensure they conform to all specifications and procedures
• Record inspection results in accordance to established procedures
• Ensure that inspection reports are accurate and reliable
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and emphasize good 5S and proper housekeeping within the department through the involvement of all team members
• Perform verification of equipment using precise working standard
• Identifies and communicates abnormal result by alerting supervisory personnel
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
