QC Inspector

Summary:

• Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm / 8.00pm to 5.30am (rotate according to schedule)

• UP$2200-$2700

• $10 night shift allowance

• AWS+VB

• Tuas

Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming material inspections as per the appropriate Work Instruction (WI).

• Perform the daily in-process and final inspection of the product in accordance with the Quality Procedure (QP).

• Ensure material/component traceability (router sheet) is maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

• Report to the Supervisor/Lead on any non-conformance(s) detected during inspection.

• Ensure repaired/reworked items are re-inspected before releasing the product for further processing or delivery.

• Prepare and complete inspection records prior to shipment to customers.

Requirements:

• GCE 'N' Levels.

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment (preferably Oil and Gas industry).

• Able to commit to rotating shift when required.

• Knowledge of ISO9001, Quality Management System, Quality Control and usage of measuring devices/tools would be of advantage.
