Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore seeks a Quality Inspector to perform critical quality inspections and generate inspection reports. The ideal candidate has at least Nitec qualifications and two years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge in engineering drawings is essential, along with good communication skills in English. This role requires a self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently in rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or equivalent with min 2 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Ability to communicate and write in English.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspection for metal and engineering parts.

• Ensure that products are inspected on time to support on time delivery to suctomers with quality products.

• Generate incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection reports.

• File and maintain all quality records systematically,

• Carry out 5S activities daily.

• Assist and carry out assignment assigned by Superior as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or equivalent with min 2 years relevant experience.

• Knowledge in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Possess ability to communicate and write in English.

• Ability to use the measuring and test equipment/tools.

• Possessed self driven positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and in rotating shifts.
