Our Product Innovation Department ensures the use of cutting-edge technology in developing new products and customer-friendly processes to produce the best delicacies.

Currently, we have an opening for a QC Executive.

Experience: 2-5 years

Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control activities for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks as per regulatory and certification requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, quality documentation, and records in accordance with industry standards.
• Lead investigations of non-conformities, customer complaints, and root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance across production areas.
• Train production and quality teams on food safety, quality standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material quality issues and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Support preparation and execution of external audits (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO).
• Ensure proper implementation of product testing and analysis, including chemical, microbiological, and sensory evaluations.
