QC Engineer (Up to $3500)

Job Title: QC Engineer / Senior Engineer (QC)

Location: Gul Circle

Working Hours (Candidate Can Choose One):

Option 1 – Day Shift (Regular):

• Mon to Fri: 7:00am – 6:00pm (includes OT)

• Alternate Sat: 7:00am – 2:00pm

Option 2 – Shift Work:

*Day Shift:

• Mon to Fri: 7:00am – 7:00pm (includes OT)

• Alt Sat: 7:00am – 3:10pm

*Night Shift:

• Mon to Fri: 7:00pm – 5:40am (includes OT)

• Night shift allowance: $10.50 per night

Salary: Basic $3200 – $4500

Benefit: AWS, performance bonus, department commission structure, AL 14 days

Job Description:

• Conduct daily FG cable electrical testing (DTS) and update ERP system.

• Operate and learn all relevant QC equipment.

• Ensure products meet customer and industry standards (IEC, BS, SS).

• Receive and test raw materials; perform monthly RM evaluation.

• Prepare technical data sheets and test reports as per sales requests.

• Follow and enforce safe work procedures in QC.

• Oversee new product testing as per technical sheets and Quality Plans.

• Ensure all specified tests are conducted without deviation.

• Identify non-conformities early; lead corrective actions and NCR closure.

• Handle customer complaint follow-ups and rework verifications.

• Maintain and calibrate test equipment regularly.

• Perform special feature testing (FR, FRLS, OR) as required.

• Act as ISO9001 document controller; assist in audits and document updates.

• Support Type Approvals and external certification testing.

• Allocate QC team tasks and manage workload effectively.

• Participate in improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

• Assist in drawing preparation, QAPs, internal training, and product catalog updates.

• To assist in preparation / update of Product catalogs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 2-3 Years experience in QC dept
