Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the quality control during the production stage in accordance to the ISO standard
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2008 quality standards
• Assist in document control and maintenance of ISO 9001 quality management system
• Supervise daily QC Activities to ensure inspections are carried out appropriately
• Analyzing and reporting of quality performance
• Analyze quality problems found by QC Inspectors, interacting with other departments on problem resolution
• Monitoring quality performance, verifying corrective actions to ensure effectiveness
• Identifies and initiates actions to prevent nonconformity relating to internal process and products
• Raise NCMR/CAR according to procedures
• Supervise the practice of SPC procedures, initiating reaction plan for out of control situations
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years with QC background.
